通过IBM DSA工具收集日志，有时候收集的是xml.gz格式的文件，解压后得到的xml文件看起来不太直观，这时可以通过ibm_utl_dsa_portable程序将xml.gz转换成html方便查看。

具体方法为执行ibm_utl_dsa_portable，比如d:\soft\ibm_utl[……]
